« This is a very nice two bedroom property. Its safe, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining & living room. Highway 101 is about 3 blocks away, so there is some noise when the windows are open, but its cool on the coast at night and the bedrooms are at the back of the property so we had no trouble sleeping. « My husband and I stayed in this cute house for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. The house had everything we needed and was in an amazing location. « Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B. »

« Fantastic stay- the location near downtown is probably the most outstanding feature for this large house- lots of fun: bikes, ping pong, basketball! The layout functions almost like two separate units which was PERFECT for us since we had two families staying together— allowing for some separation and privacy. Thanks for a great stay. »
