„Close proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and especially the area of State St. where most of the activities are. Home is an older home that has been updated and provides more seclusion than a hotel. Full refrigerator and kitchen and two bathrooms help when multiple occupants are trying to get ready at the same time. I would definitely use it again and owner is very accommodating!“

„It was smaller than I thought, but was perfect for just me. It’s located very close to the beach and downtown pier and shops. The freeway traffic and train horn was not a big deal. I didn’t hear the freeway and only heard the train blow it’s horn a few times ( it was loud), but nothing after 10pm. “

„My wife and I stayed here with our 5 year old son. His Grandpa and our older son and his fiancé. The rooms are great! Each has it own bathroom which was wonderful with 6 people. It’s a short walk to the beach. Great neighborhood and the host was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place! We will definitely come again!“
