Reviews are correct. The rooms are clean and small but sufficient for short stay. The location can’t be beat, close to beach and events at the state park. Staff friendly and helpful. Some room cosmetics need paint or other TLC. Great parking and beach front access. Beds are too soft for us. Nice to have mini fridge, microwave & working A/C.

Room 206 has an unbearable musty smell emanating from inside the walls, especially a recessed area behind the bed. It is possible that the other rooms smell ok. But do not stay in room 206 (second floor across from elevator). Owners/workers seemed very nice, but the weekend was packed so our room could not be changed. The mildew-like smell was torture, so we kept all windows open 24/7, but with Hurricane Lee the waves slammed so loudly all night we got no sleep.

Great stay at Misquamicut Beach Front Inn!
Room was very clean and building was well maintained, everything appeared recently updated. Staff was very triendly. Best unexpected perk was an assigned parking spot right next to the beach for the duration of our stay! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Place was nice but expensive and charged an extra 50$ for additional parking spot despite not being very busy. 500$ for the room on off night you think they’d work with you.

Staff were very kind and accommodating. Room was clean. Balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome. Parking was easy and for an extra $20 you can stay for the day after you check out to use the beach. They have a portable toilet, changing room and foot showers available as well. I would absolutely return.

Seems like you don’t make any sense! If your unhappy about something you need to explain. You stayed 1 night ocean front room and it rained that day but it’s “terrible “. Have a good day.

Beach-front location.
Hotel was beachfront. Clean comfortable room. Coffee bar in the breeze-way was appreciated. Had a designated parking spot for each guest which was nice. There's a drive-in theater right down the street that shows old movies!

A great little place.
Friendly, clean and comfortable. Ocean view room with balcony overlooking the beach. Very quiet establishment. Easy walk to a number of bars and restaurants. What's not to like?
