„Das Personal war mehr mit sich als mit dem Service und den Gästen beschäftigt. Das erste Zimmer haben wir gewechselt, da es nicht sauber und nicht komplett ausgestattet war. Für das 2.te Zimmer haben wir uns dann die fehlende Bettwäsche selber besorgen müssen. Das Frühstück ist ok. Cool ist der Basketballplatz. “

„This was my first time staying at the crown plaza. My stay was excellent. The location is great convenient walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were great. My trip was almost perfect until my car arrived at check out time from valet in which it had been damaged. The hotel did its part by taking care of my valet charges and the valet manager failed the necessary paperwork for insurance and investigation to find out what happened to my car. Other than this mishap my stay ...

They do hold $75 each day that you stay, for incidentals, this was not mentioned prior to reservations. Just be aware. Valet was very quick, but rude. Very clean and quiet.“
