« The host was welcoming and proactive about providing us with check-in and check-out information ahead of time, which made the process a breeze. The stay was only for a night, but it was a beautiful home and was clean and tidy. This was for a work trip and was amazing value for money because everyone was able to have their own room and bed. The amenities, such as the washer/dryer and pool access were incredibly nice to have, as well. This was a wonderful place to stay and would gladly stay again...

« Unfortunately, upon entry into this unit, the very first thing that overwhelmed me was a very obnoxious smell of mildew and wetness. And lots of chemical sense from cleaners, and other things, I tried airing the unit out to no avail in the middle of the night finally discovered the source of all of the smells, and it ends up being damp red bags, full of water and molding inside each closet, so the unit clearly has an issue with humidity and mildew and or mold. Not at all this day I was...

« Very convenient location for accessing the light rail at Roosevelt or I-5 by car. Off-street, assigned parking spot made it very easy to come and go at our convenience with the assurance of having a convenient place to park upon return. The open living area with large windows made everything feel bright and warm even on the rainiest of days. The beds were very comfortable allowing everyone to sleep well and feel energized for each day's adventure. »

« Clean, spacious, and located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The outdoor space is private, peaceful, and very tastefully decorated along with the rest of the home. The space had two baby gates for the stairs which was extremely helpful. There were some minor cons. The wifi provided does have some stability issues and we had some appliance and app issues; things discussed with the host. Overall I'd highly recommend the stay and location. »
