Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. We found mold in multiple areas of the home such as in the showers, on the shampoo and conditioner conditioners in both bedrooms, and mold on both shower curtains.
