The lower two-bedroom sleeps 4 with a full kitchen, glass shower bath, living area with smart TV, and keypad door marked 2.

The studio sleeps 2 with a queen bed, sofa, smart TV, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, no stove), glass shower bath, and keypad door marked 1. The lower suites share a side vestibule, then each has its own locked door.

Hotel-weight linens, blackout curtains, fast Wi-Fi, central air and heat. Three driveway spots plus street parking. Self check-in. Codes sent 3 days before arrival. Exterior cameras cover the entrances and yard only. Nothing inside. Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. No parties, no pets, no smoking.
