„Overall we had a good experience. Parking and entry to the unit were not really clear. The unit itself was set up decent. The shower was very nice. The unit was nice and clean. The carpet is stained. Light patches all over it but it was clean. The upstairs neighbors are noisey. I would like to see mattress protectors on the bed rather than just the thin sheet over the mattress. We felt ssfe it was a nice neighborhood. „Spent one night in Port Perry to go to car show. Arrived night before and walked around town as suggested by Lynn our host and enjoyed the beautiful old homes and marina. „The host was very accessible, very friendly, very helpful. The basement apartment. was very modern and clean, a nice size bedroom with a very comfortable bed; large bathroom and small living room area with a couch and tv with access to Netflix. We were able to make tea and coffee and were very pleased that there was a mini fridge and included some snacks and drinks. The location was great- a short drive to shops and restaurants. We will definitely book it again when we go to Uxbridge. “
