« Lovely hotel and would definitely recommend a stay there.
Beautiful room and super clean with all the amenities you could need.
Staff are super friendly and nothing is too must trouble.
We had our evening meal and breakfast in the hotel, both exceptional .
Will definitely stay here again 10/10 »

« Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again.

« The room was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed, bathroom was also spotless and again had everything needed
The staff are friendly and made us feel welcomed from arrival. The only thing that could be made better would be an addition of a full drench shower because there was certainly room for one »

« Bar was great, friendly staff and locals. Dinner was great both nights we ate there and really good cooked breakfast to start the day. Recommend as a place to stay to explore the area. »

« We appreciated greatly the warm welcome, amazing service, and no problem too difficult attitude of the staff. They made the hotel and our stay the success it was. Truly exceptional. We had dinner and breakfasts throughout our 4 night stay and all were good and adaptable to our requirements. Rooms were maintained immaculately.
The one problem for a large man like me was the bed size. We had a twin room and the beds are very narrow. But that was the only issue we faced and we'd definitely...

« In spite of some very lovely staff, this hotel is in an appalling state and desperately need of a facelift. Water damage on the walls, peeling paint, leaking toilets, a broken shower and windows that havenât been cleaned in years. The owners need to spend a lot of money on this establishment that must have been spectacular in the past, as neither it or the staff deserve it being left in this state. »
