There was a lot of mold with drip marks on the living room/dining/kitchen ceiling with drip marks from what appears to have been from the previous roof. This should be handled properly before someone gets sick from the “mildew”. »

The manger is absolutely unavailable after normal business hours for any issues that come up, as we found out. The house had been updated recently but the workmanship was of mixed quality. The new flooring was laid over an obviously rotted subfloor juding by how springy the floor was when walking on it. »
