Wir wurden aber mehrfach darauf (zu oft) hingewiesen, selbst wenn wir nur auf dem Weg zum Parkhaus waren oder zu den Restaurants!? Da das Erdgeschoss großflächig mit Spielautomaten befüllt ist, ist es schwierig, sich im Ergeschoss zu bewegen und dabei einen offenbar nötigem Mindestabstand einzuhalten. "

"Einmal im Leben muss man in diesem Hotel übernachtet haben. So viel Auswahl an Restaurants, direkt am wunderschönen Sandstrand, Hotelzimmer sehr geräumig. Es duftet so gut in diesem Hotel. Trotz dass es ein Casino-Hotel ist, hat man seine Ruhe in dem Hotel Bereich."

"I stayed at Harrah’s Atlantic City for two nights with a friend, and the experience was very disappointing. Rooms: We booked a non-smoking room, but the first three rooms all smelled strongly of smoke. In the end, we had to pay for an upgrade just to get a truly non-smoking room, which is unacceptable. Even in the “renovated” Waterfront Tower (28th floor), the room was run-down and outdated. Key/Check-in issues: On our first night, our room key didn’t work. We had to go all the way back to the front desk, where only one person was working. We waited almost 45 minutes just to get it fixed. Late checkout: We paid $20 per hour for a late checkout until 2 p.m., but we were still disturbed three times (two phone calls and one knock on the door). We were promised the fee would be waived because of this, but of course it wasn’t. When I contacted support, they told me that without the name of the employee who promised it, nothing could be done. So they broke the word of their own employee Overall: The hotel is old, badly maintained, and the service is poor. For the prices charged, this level of quality is simply unacceptable. Conclusion: I will not stay at Harrah’s Atlantic City again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone."

"Das Hotel ist eine sehr gute Wahl in Atlantic City. Der Ort ist alt aber dieses Hotel ist sehr neu und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, wir hatten das Glück eins im obersten Stockwerk (48.) zu bekommen mit fantastischem Blick. Der Pool ist auch nett. Parken kostet einmalig als Hotelgast 15 USD, mit Rewards nur 5 USD. Alles in Atlantic City ist fussläufig erreichbar."
