« Rooms are fine and beds are comfortable. There are trash bags along hallways all the time and it smells. Room on 3rd floor? I hope you travel light because the elevator has been out of service my entire stay. »

« To start, the staff were great! However, the property had construction going on to the outside of building so at time parking was limited and in the a.m. it’s loud and you are unable to rest comfortably due to noise. There should be a warning upfront during construction on property. Jacuzzi and pool are needs to be repainted and just have an old “feel”. Last because of so much construction on the street, it was difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Overall, my stay was pleasant. »

« No hot tub, even though one was advertised on the website- it was why we picked this hotel. We were gaslit by property staff who told us they had never had a hot tub, even though there was still a sign staying that there was one by the pool and it was in the pictures of the property on Google. Pool was absolutely freezing to the point that we were in and out on five minutes. I brought it up to the support chat for the hotel and they were rude because we had booked through a third party site....

« After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

« Room did not have face wipes. The milk was over in breakfast section. Do not know but no ine came to clean vedroom in morningbafter one day stay. The toilet lock was kind of broken. It injured my finger while usinng it. »
