The Property

Georgian Townhouse offers generous accommodation arranged across three storeys, with four separate bedrooms, a comfortable living room, modern kitchen and a small rear yard.

Bedrooms

The property sleeps up to nine guests across four bedrooms, with four double beds and one additional single bed.

One bedroom contains both a double bed and a single bed, making it particularly convenient for families or groups sharing accommodation.

Each bedroom provides storage for clothes and personal belongings, while selected bedrooms also include desk space for guests who need to work or study during their stay.

Fresh bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are supplied for all guests.

Bathroom

The large family bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower, ideal for a refreshing morning shower or relaxing soak after a day exploring.

Living Room

The comfortable living room provides a welcoming space for your group to relax and spend time together.

With plush seating, a traditional feature fireplace and Smart TV, guests can unwind after a busy day and enjoy their favourite programmes using their own streaming accounts.

Please note that the accommodation is arranged across three storeys and includes internal stairs. Guests with mobility difficulties should take this into consideration when booking.

Explore the harbour, enjoy the town's selection of cafés, restaurants, traditional pubs and shops, or visit local attractions including The Beacon Museum and The Rum Story.

For a day by the sea, the nearby coastal village of St Bees offers a beautiful beach, dramatic sandstone cliffs and scenic walks overlooking the Irish Sea.

The beautiful western Lake District is within reach by car, with Ennerdale Water, Loweswater, Crummock Water and Buttermere offering wonderful opportunities for walking, sightseeing and exploring the countryside.

Further afield, Keswick and the wider Lake District offer plenty more to discover, while families can enjoy day trips to Muncaster Castle and the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway.

Whitehaven railway station provides connections along the Cumbrian Coast Line, and local bus services connect the town to surrounding areas.

Please note that the property does not have private parking.

A pay-and-display car park is conveniently located directly opposite the townhouse, with additional public car parks and local disc-parking zones available nearby.

Parking charges, restrictions and availability are controlled by the relevant parking providers and spaces cannot be guaranteed.

Before Your Stay

Guests are required to complete our disclosed pre-arrival requirements, including accepting our rental agreement and completing identity verification.

Security Deposit and Damage Protection

Before check-in, guests are required to choose one of two options:

• A refundable £150 security deposit, processed as a temporary card pre-authorisation. The hold is released following checkout provided no charges are due.

• A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, covering up to £150 of qualifying accidental damage, subject to the waiver terms and exclusions.

Guests can choose whichever option suits them best. Both options are arranged securely through our guest portal before arrival.

Full check-in instructions are normally provided approximately 24 hours before arrival once all required pre-arrival steps have been completed.
