Le propriétaire était présent à notre arrivée, même si nous sommes arrivés à 2h du matin (retard du vol). Notre chambre était bien et propre avec salle de bain incluse et il y avait une cuisine complète en bas.

Très bon séjour d'une nuit, personnel serviable et disponible, propre et confortable. Possibilité d'utiliser une cuisine et un lave-linge. Recommandé !

Nuit agréable même si l'alèse en plastique était assez bruyante, personnel sympathique, chambre propre, petit déj correct, par contre au sous sol les chambre sont mal insonorisées, on a entendu le film de nos voisines comme si on été avec elles !

Accueil glacial du proprietaire ( dechausser vous , vous me devez tant !!!) la chambre n'était pas dans la maison mais dans un petit immeuble encore en travaux, 2 chambres dans un appartement grand standing salon salle à manger avec grande tv cuisine equipée frigo rempli pour le petit dej a faire soit même

This is advertised as an Inn. That brings to mind a traditional lodging. It turned out to be several large homes and apartments that have been turned into single occupancy accommodations. These dwellings are in the midst of neighborhoods that looked questionable upon arrival. Then, in the morning, we realized our car had been broken into. They rifled the glove box & throw out our belongings into the street. We had about $30 and some loose change in console. Thats all they took, but our entire household belongings were in the car as we were returning to Texas after working in Alaska for the year. It could have been so much worse, however in the 36 years of traveling we’ve done throughout Canada, Alaska, the lower 48 & some international travel, we’ve never been robbed outside our hotel. Which brings me back to the issue. This was not an “Inn”. We were robbed because of the area in which these homes and apartment are located. Beware!

I had imagined when I made the reservation that it would be in a traditional (and maybe older) hotel building in the central Whitehorse area. That was indeed the location, but the Inn is not one location but rather assigns guests to various properties within Whitehorse. Perhaps the Expedia write-up made this approach clear, and perhaps I just didn't read carefully enough, but for whatever reason I was surprised. I ended up in a guest house (perhaps purpose built, or maybe a converted condo) nearby, and still within the central Whitehorse area. That said... Other than checking to provide credit card info and getting the actual lodging address, I really had no contact with the Inn personnel. The man who checked me in was pleasant and helpful, but after that I was pretty much on my own. The lodging unit was perhaps a half dozen blocks away. It was easy to find and enter (the Inn staff member's directions were clear). The lodging unit - both the common areas and my assigned room / bath - was clean and well maintained. My room was not huge but it was large enough. It was comfortable. The common areas included kitchen facilities, dining room, and lounge areas. In any case, I was satisfied, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Inn to others.

I stayed here for ten days. The room was clean and perfect, Anna I was very happy to be able to use the kitchen on my floor. The proprietor was very helpful, too. Location was also very good - pretty central. The property also has parking, which I made use of.

It was not an inn. It was a shared house. It was only one night. So we stayed. Anymore than that and we would have left for somewhere else

Amazing hospitality— we arrived at around 1 AM, and were met with fast and easy check in procedure. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Our suite was spacious, warm and clean. Bed was comfortable. Checkout at 3 AM was a breeze as it was contactless. We were in town for 4 nights and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The absolute best bang for your buck in town.

First thing I thought I had booked a different place, had to drive around a neighborhood towing a trailer and was directed to a different place. When you show up to a dark neighborhood in the middle of the night makes you feel a little put out. But the room was comfortable

Well I didn’t actually stay. My flight in was cancelled so I had to short notice cancel my one day visit. I indicated I could stay the next day for two days. They insisted I would pay in full for the canceled night- not even a slight discount. So I decided to stay elsewhere as I thought that harsh.
