„My family and I had a relaxing spring break at this well-appointed cabin. The owner, Derek, was highly responsive to questions asked via VRBO messenger. "Eines vorweg,dieses Hotel hat nichts mit einem Doppeltree-Standart zu tun!!! Es sind Seifenspender von der Wand gebrochen im Zimmer. Haben es einer Mitarbeiterin umgehend gesagt und den Spender übergeben,es kam lediglich ein sorry. Zumal die Angestellte lt. Schild sich gerade um Gäste kümmern würde...Wir Sie aber an der Bar beim "Umtrunk" gesehen haben. Desweitern wurde das Duschwasser erst nach ca. 5Min warm!!! Beim Einchecken, war ein Herr(Angestellter) an der Info ohne Namesschild in Sportkleidung,ordinär Kaugummi kauend. Keine Begrüssung etc. Kommunikation auf MindestNiveau... "
