« The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion. »

« very nice hotel, it's far from downtown or oldtown but if you drive then no problem. Many food and costco across the street. Noisy at night because my room is very close to the street. Overall it's a nice stay. »

« Très bon hôtel moderne, en dehors de Sacremento, mais pas trop loin en voiture, avec une petite piscine à disposition. Soirée étape pour nous, avant un retour à San Francisco. »

« They overbooked and didn’t have the suite my reservation was for available, so I had to wait for another 45 minutes until my downgraded room was. Then the TV in my room didn’t work, so I had to ask the front desk to send someone to fix it. The room itself was clean, but it ended up being pretty loud for most of the night because of a High School reunion going on downstairs. Not my favorite hotel stay. »

« Our two bedroom suite was nice. The only issue was the room with the double door, one of the doors was stuck but luckily staff was able to help us and get at least one door opened for us. Breakfast was solid. Can’t go wrong with waffles. Also pool and jacuzzi was nice. Also location to freeway and to plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel. »

« We stayed the hotel for the second time. In general, we enjoy the cleanliness and quiet of the room. We lived on the fourth floor. The only thing we do not like is the smell of the carpet in the hall. »

« This property exceeded all of my expectations except for one. The good the staff was excellent they were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The room was a single king with bed, lounge chair, wall mounted work area, refrigerator and TV; all fairly standard. More importantly the room was very clean and the air conditioner worked very well. The bad the lounge chair sat very low and uncomfortable. The worst part of the room was the very and way to soft mattress had some back soreness in...

« Nice hotel, quite new. Rooms are big but a little bit noisy for those on the road side. Breakfast is not good at all, should be improved in term of quality. »
