The property is in a convenient location and is well stocked. A few things to be aware of though: 1. The landlord has cameras all around the perimeter of the home, including inside the garage. When we spoke to Gregg, the owner, he informed us of that fact, leaving out the garage camera (which doesn't make sense, because he said he had the cameras to check on the landscapers.) We, of course, did not realize that he would be watching us and constantly texting us. It was simply an invasion of our privacy. 2.The landlord does not want you to have guests. Why a couple would rent a three bedroom home and not invite guests isn't sensible to me! Why a landlord, who insists on "interviewing" potential renters before actual booking, doesn't inform guests that he charges extra for guests is simply unprofessional. On the interview call, we told him our daughter and her boys would be coming for the long Easter weekend, which is why we were securing a three bedroom home, he didn't say a word about the extra charge. He tried to charge us for 5 guests; there were only four. We were very disappointed in this extra unbudgeted surprise charge, but paid it so he would leave us alone. Then, we were so nervous that he was spying on the kids outside, that we hardly stayed on the property while they were visiting. It affected our vacation negatively as we were too stressed to fully enjoy our grandsons. It's a beautiful home; I just want guests to know exactly what they're paying for.
