Full Bathroom 2 - located on the hallway of 2nd floor shared between Bedroom 3 and 4.

Full Bathroom 3 - with double vanity and walk in shower located inside the Primary Bedroom

Half Bathroom 4 - located on the hallway of 1st floor

Located in Willis, Texas, your home away from home offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to some of the area's top attractions. It's just minutes from Lake Conroe, approximately 15 miles from The Woodlands, and about 40 miles from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Enjoy outdoor activities at nearby Sam Houston National Forest, spend the day boating or fishing on Lake Conroe, or explore the shops, restaurants, and entertainment at The Woodlands Waterway and Market Street. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate several nearby courses, while families can enjoy local parks, marinas, and seasonal events throughout the area. Whether you're visiting for work or relaxation, Willis provides the perfect balance of nature, convenience, and small-town charm.



Other Things to Note:

- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.

- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.

- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies.

- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

- Landscaping: Is done once a week.

- Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside.

- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.

- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. *You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified*.

- Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
