« Amazing property surrounded by nature. Very private and quiet. Close to Hatcher Pass so you can recreate like the locals but still have easy access to the highway. Very clean with comfortable couches and beds. Well maintained. Closest grocery stores are in Wasilla so make sure you stop on the way in if coming from the south. »

« We really enjoyed staying here. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with one of the windows not closing all the way and they sent someone over immediately to fix it. The area is beautiful and we definitely recommend staying here. »

« Jim's spot was the perfect place to call home while exploring Talkeetna. Not too far from the town but also so secluded and quiet. Everything was as described - we even were welcomed by homemade brownies. Jim and his pup were super friendly and kind. Falling asleep surrounded by woods is a peace like none other. »

« This home is by far the nicest one we’ve stayed at on our many visits to Alaska!! It is immaculate and well stocked, down to the soft comfy blankets to snuggle under. The beds are queens and a king, which is hard to find, and bathrooms were roomy and stocked with shower toiletries. The hilltop setting makes you feel like you are in a treehouse; we loved sitting on the deck and listening to the birds. It’s a perfect location, too, just a quick hop into downtown Talkeetna and to lots of hiking...
