Awesome view of the ocean from the patio. It was just a short walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the boardwalk. Communication was great. We had everything we needed.

Awesome location. Easy direct access to the beach. Beautiful ocean view from Large deck/balcony with very good furniture. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and boardwalk. Kitchen well equipped.

We had a wonderful time at Easy Breezy! The condo was in good shape. We especially loved the large table and chairs on the covered patio area! The rooms were all a good size, and the kitchen table was large enough for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. We were grateful that linens were included, and we did not have to pack them. Also grateful for vinyl flooring! Location could not be better! We loved that we could walk to many different restaurants and the boardwalk! Loved the quick walk to the beach, although that walkway is a bit dangerous on the end near the condo - it is slanted and can get slippery when sandy. Parking was a bit of a struggle for us. We had three couples, but only two parking spots. We were there for about 5 minutes before we were asked to move, so we ended up putting cars in the public lot - 25.00/day. The lot was very safe... didn't mind leaving my car there, just the extra expense is something to be aware of.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us.

Location is important! Parking is desired.

FIRST I HAVE TO SAY customer services and communication for hands down the best we have experienced in the 15 plus years of renting houses! I sat on the balcony and watched the ocean and it was amazing! The house is beautiful and comfortable! Communication from the owners was through email and text messaging with immediate responses! I have absolutely no complaints and either one of those areas! However, unfortunately this particular place will not be one that we will book again only... AND I DO MEAN ONLY DUE TO PARKING FRUSTRATIONS! When I alerted the homeowners to the problems they reported it to the HOA and frankly there was nothing they could do about it. If you can handle parking issues I say book it and roll! You won't regret it. However, if you have to have parking close to the stairs, or at minimum guaranteed.... this is your fair warning!

This condo is exactly as advertised. Great location, clean, and very responsive owners. The owners have a text message system (not within the VRBO app thankfully) that is really efficient. Walking distance to multiple bars, restaurants, and the Carolina Beach boardwalk with all of its rides and attractions. Down sides are the parking situation and pool. Parking is a first come first serve column arrangement where vehicles park in lines under the building. It is common to be blocked in. There is also a gravel lot with a few spaces (first come first serve) and nearby public pay lots. The pool is about the size of a standard back yard in ground pool. It is not a large building though so a smaller pool makes sense. We took our family of 6 and had a wonderful time. I would stay here again.

Weekend beachfront

We escaped the mountains and Hurricaine Helene for a long weekend beachfront with family. Had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully decorated, well stocked and organized and comfortable. Thank You so much!

Great beach rental

This was a perfect getaway. The rental was very clean and well stocked with dishes and everyday items. We initially had 5 people coming and ended up with only 3 but the rental is spacious and 5 would have been very comfortable here. The communication was excellent.

Very clean. Best stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve been in. Great location; right on beach, walkable (even children) to restaurants and boardwalk. Clean pool that is in full shade after 4 pm. We’d love to stay here again!

Great Girls Vacay at Carolina Beach

Condo was clean and very convenient to the beach and also the restaurants and bars/boardwalk. Well stocked kitchen. The only comment would be that it doesn't actually have the Keurig (very minor and honestly the only thing we can say). Host is responsive. You do have to go up a couple flights of stairs as there is no elevator. We would definitely go again!

Roomy condo. Kitchen very well equipped with utensils, appliances, sink, and dishes/cookware. Plenty of room to eat in dining room. Beach access difficult to walk due to sand covering walkway. Great ocean view. Nice pool.

Loved it!

We have stayed in other condos before but needed something a little bigger this vacation due to an extra kid joining us and this place was perfect! Location was amazing. Within walking distance of many restaurants and ice cream shops we stopped at. Waking up to the ocean every morning was amazing! Communication with management/owners was quick and easy. Always responding right away if we had a question or concern. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
