We met family from out of town. Home was very comfortable and clean. We were very impressed with abundance of supplies provided in the home such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, spices and trash bags for inside as well as outside of the home. Would highly recommend this home to others.

Spacious and Quiet

Lots of room where it didn’t feel like 10 of us were on top of each other. Exactly what we needed and wanted for our family gathering. Easily able to park our 4 cars in the driveway and get in and out of the neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to eat outdoors in the mornings and evenings especially with the fans overhead. We didn’t have the pool heated as it was naturally 75 or higher with the sun which is warm for us. Chris is extremely quick and responsive to our inquiries before checkin and we didn’t need him during our stay but am confident he would have responded just as quickly.

Stayed here for my son's wedding at one of the local venues. Lovely property! Pool and spa were a fun way to pass portions of the day and night when we wanted some down time. Plenty of room for our extended family. Never felt crowded or on top of each in other. The theater room was a big hit with the younger folks who watched movies and College Dropout well into the night. Beds were comfy. Loved the soft cool sheets. Owner super responsive and helpful. We needed a reclining chair in the master suite due to my husband's back issues and Chris made it happen for a nominal fee. Hubs was able to get a good night's sleep and we all felt great for the wedding.

Perfect for a family get together

Chris and his wife were great hosts. The place is well kept, and near all the sights and great food and wine. We enjoyed the pool and huge patio and beautifully landscaped back yard. It was a tropical paradise! Everyone enjoyed it immensely!

Great Family Vacation

The Pool and Hot Tub were great and heated to a great temperature. Weather was a bit chilly so an outdoor heater would have enhanced our use of the outdoor eating area. Enjoyed the theatre room. Overall great place to stay and would come back again.

Great Hot Tub and Movie Room!

We stayed at this location for an all women Cousins Trip and it was perfect. There were 7 of us and there were plenty of beds to go around. Great spaces to lounge, eat, and soak in the spa. Movie room was fun and easy to use. Quiet and safe neighborhood, house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Quick and easy communication with the owner. Very nice and accommodating!

Great Place for Families of all Ages!!

We rented this for my husband and me, 2 of our daughters and their spouses and 2 grandchildren under 20 months- to attend our 3rd daughter’s wedding. We also were returning our deployed son’s German Shepherd to his girlfriend in San Diego, so his girlfriend, a friend of hers and the German Shepherd also stayed at the home with our labradoodle. And the night of the wedding we had a sitter stay overnight to watch the babies and dogs. It had more than enough room for EVERYONE and the host was beyond helpful in accomodating us and especially the babies- providing a crib, high chair, toys, books etc. It made things so much easier for us and the little ones who had come from the east coast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property if you have a large family and littel ones!!!!

Perfect getaway for our group of 7!

I held my friend’s bachelorette party here with our group of 7, and we had a fantastic time! Check in was smooth, we had everything we needed, and the theater, pool, and hot tub were so much fun for all of us. Chris was very responsive both before and during our reservation. Wedding weekend

Our family-grandparents, adult kids, and grandchildren stayed together. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, so room for privacy and plenty of space for meals and hanging out together. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for morning walks.

Overall very enjoyable. There were a few small issues with the place but these come with most VRBO places, they're houses not hotels, much more to juggle. We all had fun, family pingpong tournaments, movies, and water games made the hot days enjoyable. The dogs liked running laps in the yard, dodging the pool (as they dont like water). Fantastic Property!

Wonderful place to get away from it all. Nestled in a quiet community, this house was a perfect way to celebrate spring break with the family! The pool and movie room were a huge hit with the kids, and the host couldn't have been more helpful. We plan on coming back soon!

Don't think twice about booking this great house!!!

This house is better than described. Pay the money and heat the pool because it is heavenly. When the quiet hours start, head into the house and watch a movie in the theatre room which is amazing. Any questions, Chris is very available to answer any questions and insure that you are having a great stay. We went during a very rainy weekend and still fully enjoyed the pool and spa. We brought all of our food and enjoyed the beautiful kitchen & barbecue to cook all of our meals. This is a great house and you won't be disappointed by renting it!!!

Will definitely stay here again

I celebrated my birthday weekend with wine tasting with my closest friends and we stayed in this beautiful house. Chris was very nice and very very accommodating. He answered all my questions promptly and provided me with the things I needed. The pool and jacuzzi were used and we spent our evenings binge watching our shows in the theater! Definitely recommend this home for a group getaway.

Beautiful spacious house

We did not spend a lot of time at the house, But for the purpose of our visit and of the size of our family, there was plenty of room… it was a great place. Communication was great with the host.
