« Service was good. The hotel is old. The hallway was smelling fresh. Our bathroom had some mold spots. I am suggesting that this is from the steam shower because the vent is not working. The room lighting is poor. Aside from that, I love that a Dunkin Donut was part of the hotel. »

As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. « I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation. I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...

Néanmoins, nous avons trouvé quelques poils dans les literies, et, la propreté des toilettes n’était pas parfaite ! Le personnel d’accueil à l’écoute, et , souriant ! « The hotel location is great near restaurants and specialty shops. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel needs to focus on its maintenance specifically in the bathroom area. In our second day we had to change rooms due to no hot water in our room. The front desk staff assisted with our issue right away. Free parking was great. »
