« Everything is very very nice! Our hotel room was really clean, nicely decorated & spacious. »

« Where to begin… Pool & hot tub were out of order (I phoned prior to booking and the staff said they were repaired and functional). It is worth mentioning that this was the main reason for selecting this hotel. The clerk was reluctant to offer a refund, and stated that I needed to contact Expedia to get a refund. « Check in staff was unprofessional and smelled of cigarettes. The ac unit was ridiculously loud and moldy. All the walls and furniture looked abused and the toilet ran all night. The bed was clean as far as i could tell, but hard as a rock. The room we got faced the street, which was busy at all hours of the night and there was no noise dampening at all, thin blinds and no curtains to block out all the noise. Apparently people also love there, and come down the halls yelling and fighting at 2 am,...
