„Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV. „This was a nice little one bedroom in a perfect location in Downtown Winston Salem. Jeff, the manager was extremely good at communicating with us all of the time. Parking was great! We felt safe. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to easily adjust the temperature in the place. I would’ve liked a hot shower instead of a luke warm one but if that’s the only thing we were wanting then I call it a big win!“

„We were in town for WFU football. Condo was wonderfully located for easy in/out to stadium as well as downtown and campus. Everything was updated including new, plush linens. Kitchen had the basics (including coffee filters), and all bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. There was a faint musty smell likely due to pets in the property at one point but it did not detract in any way from the stay. Finally, communication was fabulous - prompt and informative. “
