The space:

Welcome to your next vacation destination! This home accommodates up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms.
We have a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, utensils and cooking utensils.
This home has a decent size backyard, washer and dryer, carport and adjacent parking area. There is also additional parking across the street in the public parking lot near the lake.
There is a park only steps away, picnic tables, grills, baseball and football fields.
We do have a ring doorbell camera, so if you have any questions, we can quickly respond!
The entrance is a code-entry and you will receive the code the morning of your arrival.

Guest access
Guests will be provided with the code to the front door on the day of check-in.

Enjoy smart TVs in each room, wi-fi, games and access to a plethora of nearby activities.

Home has been completely renovated with all new flooring, paint, bathrooms, windows, kitchen, and comes with a washer and dryer included.

The Lake House is right across the street from a boat ramp, and a public parking lot, but this home has plenty of parking for a boat, also!

This is so close to Sertoma Park, it's perfect for a coach with players, or a family that needs to be nearby.

It is 1 minute to a park, 8 minutes to Legoland, 2 minutes to Sertoma Park, 20 minutes to Lakeland, 40 minutes to Disney, and 4 minutes to Advent Fieldhouse and Conference Center.
