Great place to stay!
We love visiting Winter Park and have stayed in Fraser Crossing or Fraser Landing for years. Such a great location and amenities are perfect in the condo exactly what we need of a family of four. Special thanks to Mindy and Jill for this trip. Great communication and helped us out so much. See u next year !!

Perfect stay!
This unit was perfect for my friend and I. The living room furniture is plush and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room were a huge plus. Each bathroom had plenty of counter space and adequate linens. The kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was lovely with nice seating. The rental company was very attentive, communicating with us prior, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this unit!

Winter Park 2024
This property has everything you need to make for a great ski trip. Excellent location. Don't fret about the walk. Its a short one to the Gondola. What I would most emphasize is that Winter Park Lodging company has it together! I have stayed in VRBO listings all over. This company is the best I have encountered. Easy to contact, and responsive. They reached out to me repeatedly to make sure everything was going well. I could go on about their service, but I will simply say that they are the best management company I have dealt with thus far. They do it right.

Fantastic Location!
Overall really enjoyed the property. As a family of four with an infant and toddler it was really great for us. Easy to walk back and forth for naps and meals. We drove up from Denver for a ski/birthday weekend for my husband. Traveling with kids means TONS of stuff. So close parking and luggage carts was an amazing surprise! Managed to get everything in one trip. We brought a pack and play not knowing that there would be one in the unit. While planning this trip next year, there's probably only one big thing that will make us take a pause in booking again, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Bedding amazing, mattresses painful. Other things to note but not deal breakers (especially as a family with small kids):No black out curtains.There's no soap dishes but bars everywhere so the soap creates this mess around every sink. There's a very limited number of outlets around the beds so bring a multi unit outlet extender.There's no kitchen pantry storage. So cooking in the unit is challenging. I stored everything on top of the fridge. I wish more than anything they had an in fridge Brita. I hate buying bottled water and tap water just doesn't taste great. Overall great weekend with lifelong memories!

Nice condo in great location!
Condo is very nicely furnished with all of the linens and kitchen supplies you'll need. Cute updated decor. Great view of mountain and WP Village. Convenient access to skiing and WP village for meals and shopping. Easy parking in heated deck below building. Perfect for up to four adults or two adults+ two kids. Might feel crowded with more, especially kitchen which is really only big enough for 1-2 people at a time.
The building is a bit loud, and we could often hear doors shutting, people walking or running down hallway, and dogs barking. The mattress in the master bedroom is not comfortable, and I wonder if it needs a foam topper or it's time to be replaced. Although the hot tub for other building is large and accessible, it is unfortunate that the hot tub for Fraser's Crossing, which would be much more convenient, remains broken. People were using it, but water is lukewarm.
Everyone at Winter Park lodging was easy to reach and helpful. Margaret helped us many times throughout our stay and she definitely made our stay better with her excellent customer service!
Bottom line - we would definitely rent from WP Lodging again and likely would stay in this condo again, despite a few concerns mentioned above.

Great Property Very Convienent
This was a great property for our family of four (2 adults 2 teens). It could not be more convenient to the mountain. It was extremely clean (not just the condo but also the facilities). The condo had almost everything we needed although we just ran to the Safeway in town to pick up groceries. One thing that would have been nice would have been a firestick for the living room tv. (If the owner does not provide one, you should think of bringing one. It just helps with family movies. I will say that the unit would be tight for the number suggested unless you are young and can tolerate the closeness. It definitely worked for us and our girls could have easily fit a friend each. Overall, it was great stay, great mountain, and this condo was a hit!

The rating would be excellent if it were not for the balcony door being wide open upon our check in. The temperature inside the unit was 38.5 degrees F on the thermostat when we checked in at 4:00 pm, and was 52 degrees F the following morning when we woke up. We did not realize it would take so long to heat the unit, we are used to forced air heating - not hot water baseboard heat. This poses two questions: Why were we not alerted to check in earlier as we were told prior to 1200 pm via phone call - the unit was obviously ready, takes a while for it to get that cold without someone noticing. Who checks unit for readiness for guests? We were very uncomfortable for the first 24 hours, guest services finally brought a space heater the morning of our second day - that should have been the first thing they brought when we checked into the unit initially instead of a complimentary bottle of wine. Someone should have alerted us as to how long it would take for the unit to warm back up based on the type of heating system used. Trim on top of microwave fell off when door was opened. The unit was well apportioned, in good condition overall - however, the uncomfortableness of the first day and the hassle factor to start a vacation with our grand kids really sucked!

The condo was as described with comfortable furniture and plenty of room to move around. The staff was awesome. They checked in with us several times during our trip and when we had an issue with one of the tv's, they came out immediately and got everything working. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome location in relation to the ski lifts, plus a short easy drive into town to breweries and additional food options. Communication was quick and easy, too. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great rental experience in Winter Park, Colorado
My family likes to travel and we make 4 to 5 trips every year. We were impressed with how we were treated by all contacts with Winter Park Lodging Company staff. Their communication is awesome, thorough and proactive. They provide you with all the information so its hard to have a question about anything in Winter Park, because they proactively push the information to you. Also, every recommendation they suggested that we participated in was really good, like using Home James for our shuttle transportation from the airport (they were awesome and Bruce the driver made it a fun experience). Also, you really never know what type of company you are dealing with until you have a problem. We stayed at Fraser Crossing and loved it, the condo was everything we expected, because of the pictures and information provided by Winter Park Lodging Company. So everything was perfect, except the clothes washer did not work and we really need it for our family. We called to report it and they were (sincerely) apologetic and sent a repair guy (who was super nice) within an hour. When the washer needed parts and could not be fixed, they promptly provided $20 in quarters for us to use the facility laundry. My family compared our experience and everyone who we came into contact with at Winter Park Lodging Company to Chick Fil A employees. Especially those of us from the South know the best employees for treating customers special is Chick Fil A. So we we will go back to Winter Park, because of the experience at Winter Park and we will use Winter Park Lodging Company for all our logistics and accommodations.

We had a great time, as usual. You might want to have a carpenter adjust the door leading to the sun deck. You can't open that door without making enough noise to wake people up. The washer was a bit wacky and the front panel was loose on same. The dining table chairs shed on your clothing. There was nothing that kept us from having a great time, sorry it's gonna be another whole year for us. We really appreciate you helping us and look forward to next time.

Wonderful location, we will return!
We stayed at Fraser Crossing over a busy holiday weekend and were only steps away from the gondola (you can see the slopes from the balcony). Our family of 5 fit comfortably and the kids enjoyed the bunk bed/queen configuration, a rare find for a 2bdrm. We were pleasantly surprised to find the unit also came with a generous-sized, secure ski locker and the elevators are really fast! Upon check-in we had some questions with the condo and I was quite impressed with the management company’s high-touch communication and responsiveness. Only minor annoyance is that you have to pay through a separate system for the (highly recommended) heated underground parking. It is managed separately from the condo/mgmt company so out of their control.

Cozy condo near base
This condo accommodated our family of five wonderfully. It is furnished with the standard Fraser Crossing/Founders Point furnishings, but with the addition of bunk beds in the second bedroom and very cute, seasonal decorations. We've stayed at Fraser Crossing/Founders Point condos before, so we knew to expect some hot tub noise at night, as well as street noise from the workers who tidy up the resort overnight -- very minor inconveniences well worth the trade off for being so close to the mountain. We would suggest a few improvements: - softer mattresses in the second bedroom. Our kids all wanted to sleep on the pull out mattress in the living room, because it was softer and more comfortable than any of the beds in their bedroom. I tried napping in the lower bunk bed to see what the fuss was about, and the mattress was SUPER solid (my leg went numb when I tried sleeping on my side). - the fridge motor had a high pitched rattle, which maintenance was able to remedy temporarily, but it returned before we left. - the front panel of the washer was missing an attachment point, so it tended to fall off unexpectedly when we were loading or unloading the washer.
