    Disclosures
    The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Lovely place we did have some issues with the door not locking and took over 24 hours to get a resolution which resulted in missing certain activities on our trip since we were not able to leave the site since the door wouldn't lock

Oh the view-excellent! Great Location!!! Top quality furnishings! Quiet! Walkable!

This was probably one of the best vacation rentals I have booked. I called the management company and got a great last minute discount! The location of the rental is at the far end of Winter Park toward Frasier so traffic was minimal. Plus, I could access Frasier River Trail right out the door and The Perk coffee was a 2-3 minute walk. The unit was immaculate! The furnishings were high end. The complex was very quiet as well as secure (you use the link to open all doors). Off the patio, I could view the mountains and a small body of water as well as lots of greenery and absolutely no roads or cars. The balcony was very private and I couldn't view my neighbors. The hot tub was always hot and clean. The unit includes many throw blankets for cozy nights in. I will say we came during a heat wave in July and the unit gets warm and stuffy. We definitely used the tower fans but ceiling fans would have been nice too to move air throughout the unit. The blackout shade in the main bedroom helped block the east sun but it would be nice if they had installed a blackout shade in the living room, too. The TVs are enormous (maybe too big) and the seating area could use another lamp and chair to accommodate 4 guests. The beds are firm and the pillows are flat (picky, I know!). I also missed the personal touch of having a guestbook where guests can leave their recommendations on hikes, restaurants, etc. Remember to read all the emails before check in. Initially we could not get in the garage because we didn't receive an active weblink so that took extra time upon check-in. As stated in the listing and reviews, you MUST have cell phone service to access the building. Overall, it was an EXCELLENT stay and I can't recommend this unit enough!

We chose this property largely because of the heated, covered garage—an important feature for us since we were traveling with a 3 month old and were willing to pay a bit more for that convenience. Unfortunately, the garage door was broken when we arrived, so we weren’t able to use it. There had been no prior communication about this, which was disappointing. The condo was also quite chilly on arrival, with all thermostats set to 66 degrees, and the automatic door lock was finicky in the cold, which made coming and going a bit challenging with a baby.That said, the condo itself was clean, comfortable, and generally well‑maintained. There are a few quirks (no dresser in the master bedroom and blinds that don’t function very well) but nothing unmanageable. The kitchen is well‑stocked for cooking, and we especially appreciated the gas stove. There was a Ninja appliance we used as a makeshift coffee grinder, though having an actual grinder would be a nice addition.The hot tub is located right outside the unit. While we could hear guests using it, the noise insulation inside the condo was surprisingly effective, and it didn’t disturb us.Overall, the stay had some inconveniences, but the space itself was pleasant and well‑equipped.
