Hotel Winterville

« Hôtel propre et confortable, personnel serviable. Petit déjeuner inclus avec pas mal de choix mais qualité très moyenne. Attention, l’hôtel est loin du centre-ville d’Athens, compter 15 bonnes minutes de voiture. »

« We arrived at Country Inn and for 2nights were please in general, by the beautiful hall! Sadly, no machine for beverages worked, on top of that, AT the reception fridge for them neither,coke warm, needed to go get the Ice , not fun, and We needed corkscrew for our wine, réception had none! Juste the small things! :-( the pool was warm, very tiny spa also but not hot enough and they opened Doors to let humidity out, brrrrr....please get a good ventilation for this hôtel, IT will help! Overall,...

« The Gillen House is a perfect destination if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway that is close to Athens and not too far away from Atlanta. The hosts, Edward and Cynzia, were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The food at breakfast was excellent. Especially the steaks and sides that we had for dinner on our arrival evening. The room was spotless and perfect. We definitely enjoyed our stay! »

« We really enjoyed our stay at The Rivet! The onsite restaurant was incredible and the staff were wonderful. The room was well appointed and the bed was so comfortable. If you’re a light sleeper request a room on the side of the hotel that is not next to the train tracks. Otherwise, I highly recommend it and would stay there again! »

« I had my daughter there. We just finished an orientation for UGA. It was an all day two day event and we would have loved to have sat outside in the courtyard area however, smoking and cigar smoking were allowed and it made this area non-useful for us. »
