This property is perfect for groups and families that want to be central to the main strip in downtown Wisconsin Dells. When you stay here, you are just a two-to-ten-minute walk to any of the downtown attractions, bars, and restaurants.

Our guests will enjoy grilling in the backyard, having an evening bonfire or watching sports on the big screen. Bring your favorite yard games because there is plenty of space (we have a set of bags and boards).

This property has two notable oddities that we like to make clear to our guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, but we do not have a dishwasher. Dishes will need to be handwashed. We list this property has having two half-baths. The lower-level half-bath is a traditional half-bathroom with a sink and toilet. The upstairs half-bath is a spacious shower located in the master bedroom. The truly full bathroom is located upstairs adjacent to the bedrooms.

Church St is a mixed-use neighborhood that combines residential home and commercial businesses (specifically a laundromat). This block is in the heart of the downtown Wisconsin Dells.
• Minimum Age. You must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property
• Right to Evict. We reserve the right to evict immediately, and without warning, anyone who has broken a rule or caused a disturbance
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party, set forth above, may not stay overnight in the house. Visitors beyond the maximum occupancy are not permitted.
• NO SMOKING
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited 10 (including visitors)
• Parking. Guests may park only three vehicles on the parking pad in the back yard. Extra vehicles will need to be street parked.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
• Grilling. Please leave the grill in a respectful condition for the next guest. Grilling should be done at least 10 feet from the house.
• Liability. Home owner and Manager are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Home owner and Manager are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Garbage. Garbage from the home should be placed in trash cans outside before departure.
