« Allison was an amazing host. She had the convenience for others in mind when stocking this adorable apartment for guests. Bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, lotion, hand soap, hair dryer and even toothbrushes, dental picks and super soft towels. Kitchen- there was not a detail missed. Full variety of coffee, cappuccino, teas and creamer, everything you need to bake or cook with including storage containers for left overs, tin foil, saran wrap and zip lock bags too....

« My girlfriend and I spent a long weekend here and it was incredible! The property was located in beautiful rolling hills and valleys with a mixture of farmland and serene woods. There were friendly horses that loved to come say hello while we had our morning coffee on the porch. The guest house was in amazing condition and so cozy!!! Everything is very conveniently located you can walk to most places in Ashland right from the place. The apartment is pretty basic with kitchen items, but enough to do what you need to do.
