« Arrived at property and was unable to get in. Called the posted number and someone answered but as soon as I said “hello?” they hung up. I immediately called again and it went straight to voicemail. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. »

« The communication was excellent. I received a response to my emails within 30 minutes if not sooner. The property was as described with a large area in the TV room where we could all gather and play games. Location was easy to find with enough parking spots for 5 cars. Check-in was super easy as they left the door unlocked so we could get right in. We arrived on Christmas day and as an added surprise they let us check-in at noon instead of 4pm. That was huge!! « My family and I had a great time at Lake Geneva! The property had everything we needed for a wonderful Christmas getaway. Abbey Springs is a great community and the kids had fun at the pool and recreation center. The fitness center was well maintained and the staff were attentive to our needs. Thanks for making our time together special! »

« This property was perfect for our family! Room is exactly as the pictures show, but even larger in person (much larger than a standard hotel room.) Check in was a breeze with Michelle meeting us out front of the building (they were even able to get us checked in a few hours early!) Appears the entire hotel has been updated and overall is very family friendly. The lake was perfect and had boat rentals right on the property. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice as well. Everything is walking...

« The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub and the gas grill. The kitchen functioned well for a large group. It was all good and we plan to come back again. »

« Property and surrounding was exactly what we wanted. Fishing, swimming(lake & heated pool), kayaking, and also a pontoon. When we needed a few more kitchen utensils the front office so helpful and came through for us! We would stay again. »
