After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. “

Plus, the family spaces are awesome and plentiful too. We love the backyard, the covered patio area that we love to eat at and all the toys that are there for our grandchildren that range and ages 2 to 4 years. Our host was very accommodating. We can see ourselves coming back here really soon. “

„Rough start with presentation of rental due to it seemed to good to be true and a scam. My investigation didn’t find much to the contrary. After connecting with the rental property manager and Vrbo, all went smoothly. That was a week before arrival so I was very tense about the deal. I was set at ease and the stay was wonderful. "- Room was not made for the entire stay of 4 days. - Room so noisy I could hear me neighbors noises load and clear. - Sauna is small, anything but hot (I guess around 60 DEG C), lacks Thermometer and Hygrometer gauges. - Jacuzzi had masses of foam on top like someone had poured soup into it. - Swimming pool is so shallow at one end that swimming is impossible and will hurt your feet and knee. - Today I was for breakfast in the Restaurant a few minutes after opening. 2 Customers, 5 employees. From ordering Omelette to serving it was 32 minutes. Breakfast took 58 Minutes in total. - This hotel could do with a refurbishment and serious employee training. "

"Das Zimmer war ganz toll. Das hotel liegt fast direkt neben dem Capitol - unser Zimmer hatte einen Direktblick darauf. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht als Zwischenstopp auf unserem Roadtrip in Madison - das Hotel war dafür genau richtig. Man ist in der Innenstadt und kann noch etwas sehen. Wir sind dann zur Terrace at Memorial Union gegangen - da sitz man direkt am See und hat einen tollen Ausblick. "
