« We really loved this house. It's been beautifully renovated and was spotlessly clean. Its all very functional and easy. The estate agent who manages the house was very easy to deal with, eg when we wanted to stay an extra night. The area has tons to offer (albeit some places are a 40 minute drive). Sutton Hoo just down the road, then Framlingham Castle and Orford Castle, Aldeburgh and Southwold (for any George Orwell fans!). « We know Woodbridge well which is why we chose this beautiful cottage in an absolutely perfect location. Parking was not a problem - plenty of on street parking around, although we parked for £4 a day at the nearby Theatre Street car park as we travelled with young children. The house is just as listed - clean, welcoming, comfortable and incredibly quiet considering its town centre location. Thank you to Sarah for a fabulous long weekend! »

« Lovely house in a lovely location but we had a few issues. The property details said there was a barbecue which had planned to use. There was no barbecue! Instead we had to use the ovens in the kitchen. Both ovens were very dirty one of them filled the kitchen with acrid smoke as soon as we turned it on . It was such a shame because the standards of cleanliness elsewhere in the property were very high. With a barbecue and a clean oven this would have been a pretty much perfect house. »

« The property location is very quiet and the large rear garden provide great outside space for young children to play in and to be supervised. It did require some maintenance e.g. uneven patio, brambles and broken hammock. Its an old cottage with lots of character but visitors should not expect a newly renovated home.
