« Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland. »

« We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. « There was nowhere in the hotel to get cold water, other than bar. Which is not always opened, nowhere to get ice either. No shower door, which was odd. The the ceiling was rough concrete, but not in a chic industrial way, in a - it was never completed way. Didn’t realize how tiny room was.
