Très bon séjour
Lors de notre check-in on nous demandent de confirmer deux fois la réservation de la chambre avec un grand lit ? deux garçons avec un grand lit ? mais oui pas de soucis. Nous pensions avoir une chambre avec vue sur le jardin, qui nous a pas été proposée lors de l’enregistrement, la chambre coté du stade est très bruyante tôt le matin avec des cris et le parking. L’hôtel se trouve à 10 mn à pied de la ligne du métro N°2, étonné par la propreté de la ville, pas de moto comme pour les autres villes d'Asie du sud, trois lignes de métro dont deux en construction sur les 5 prévues, prendre le bus pour 1 yuan et deux yuans pour le métro selon la distance, les sites sont exceptionnels a visiter, 1 Euro pour 7,20 Yuans. Le coup de la vie est abordable et à ne pas comparer avec l'Europe.

un hébergement de luxe
Ayant signalé que nous célébrions notre anniversaire de mariage, nous avons été "upgraded" au Sofitel et accueillis par un gâteau dans la chambre. C'était fort agréable de pouvoir choisir entre plusieurs restaurants dans cette "cité " d'hôtels de la chaine.

bon hôtel proche du centre de la ville
Bon rapport qualité prix si l'on se limite à l'hôtel et au room service. Les autres services (bar, restaurant, boutique etc.)que l'on ne peut trouver qu'au SOFITEL voisin sont eux d'un prix qui ne correspond pas au standing de l'hôtel Mercure.

High-standards hotel; personnel speaks very good English
The hotel personnel speaks very good English. They do not hesitate to go out of their way to help. The hotel is about 20-30 minutes on foot from the city center. It is quite easy to find, when arriving from the airport.

Hôtel vraiment très agréable. Proche de tous les sites, pas besoin de connaitre l'adresse, il suffit de dire sofitel et tous les taxis retrouvent l'hôtel mercure. Le seul défaut est de faire payer Internet. Sinon l'hôtel m'a permis de laisser mes bagages 1 jours gratuitement le temps d'aller au Mont HuaShan. Parfait !

Très bon rapport qualité-prix au centre de Xi'an
Hotel au coeur d'un complexe hotelier Accor au centre de Xi'an. Déco classique chinoise et service efficace (bon anglais pratiqué). A 15-20 mins à pied de la gare (et du bus 306 pour se rendre sur le site de l'armée enterrée pour 14 RMB aller-retour - imbattable!). Idem 15 du rond-point de la Bell Tower et du quartier musulman. En plus un très bon rapport qualité-prix en comparaison du plus classieux Sofitel juste à côté.

L’hotel è bello, in una zona silenziosa e super centrale. Staff dell’hotel gentilissimo e disponibile! C’è stato un piccolo problema con la nostra camera e per rimediare ci hanno spostato dalla nostra stanza normale ad una bellissima suite, senza ulteriori pagamenti. Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto!

Felt great staying this place
I think this was the best stay in the whole China trip for me. I enjoyed the place, shower & bath, comfortable bed, breakfast, and hospitality staff. The location was a bit distanced from the station but taxi makes a big difference to come back here. I wish Japanese restaurant was open but I enjoyed the Chinese restaurant at Sofitel as well.

오래 된 숙소였음에도 객실 상태는 무난했습니다. 다만 객실 시설(냉장고, 전등스위치 등)의 조치가 필요한 점이 있었습니다. Accor Hotel 단지로 이루어져 있으며 전철역에서 걸어서 10분정도에 위치하고 있어서 교통이 편리했습니다. 직원들의 영어는 조금 부족하지만 친절하였으며, 투숙 기간에 발생했던 문제에도 최선을 다해 도와줬습니다.

似てる名前の別ホテルに注意
西安空港からのリムジンバスがつく地下鉄五路口駅から歩いて行ける距離でレベルの高いホテルをと思い探しました。欧米資本は他にありましたが朝食が別料金のところが多く、ここは朝食込みの料金でしたのでここにしました。格安価格で宿泊できる日程でした。 Hotels.comの地図の位置とは少しずれています。東新街（通りの名前）を歩くと通りに面してソフィテルホテルがあります。そこに校門や裁判所の門みたいなものがあって、当ホテルはそこから見えるさっきとは別のソフィテルホテルの裏に位置しています。敷地の中にはグランドメルキュールのほかにメルキュールホテルもあり、名前が似ていてこんがらがります。門を入ったすぐに地図があり、それぞれの建物の名前が書かれていますので参考にしてください。 ホテル館内は格式高い感じ。広い廊下の横長の建物。部屋は広く落ち着く。 Wi-Fiはパスワードなしの自動接続。中国規制はもちろんあるが、それ以外はさくさくつながります。 ＮＨＫも視聴可能です。 浴室はバスタブあり。お湯も豊富に出ます。問題なし。 朝食はフランス系とあって、パンが充実しているほか、オムレツち・麺料理のシェフがいるほか、中華系を中心に充実なラインナップ。 朝食会場で見た限りですが、中国人の宿泊客が多いようでした。日本人・欧米系は数人でした。

awful female facilities at shared pool
Grand Mercury is a beautiful old world hotel with dark wooden decor in the rooms. We checked in easilly. I was a little disappointed to find out that all the restaurants and swimming pool were not in this hotel, they were within a complex of hotels and you had to cross the grounds to access the other hotels facilities. Eg the Italian restaurant in one restaurant and the bar and pool within the Sofitel which wasn’t great in depths of winter. The main negative therefore isn’t about this hotel but the changing rooms at Sofitel swimming pool. At first its very elegant, but when you enter female changing rooms it’s like a 1980s council provided changing room. Nowhere to hang your towel while you shower, no costume dryer, dilapidated fixtures with wallpaper mouldy and peeling. However my husband advises me the men’s was plush, had its own hot tub, sauna and massage beds. It makes one wonder about the type of establishment it is and the services provided, clearly more geared towards male travellers

夕方到着してすぐに英語が分かるスタッフから丁寧に美味しいjiang jiang麺の場所を教えてもらいました。お陰様で西安での最初の食事は最高に美味しく頂きました。 また私が廊下？で落とした財布もすぐに見つけて連絡してくださった女性スタッフお二人、yoya?さんたちにも感謝しています。 4人初めての西安の旅でした。本当にありがとうございました。

We did not like that there was not a restaurant onsite except for breakfast, but the breakfast was excellent and they did have evening room service. I am in a wheelchair and there was a ramp into the hotel and easy access to the restaurant. The staff was fabulous, the room was wonderful and it is central if you are a walker.

Overall the property is good and clean. However, the disappointing part is with mosquitoes both in the lobby and rooms. Hotel Management did not make enough efforts to check and prevent the mosquito menace.

Nice, but small rooms (we had a queen). No restaurant in this hotel - except a breakfast buffet for extra $. There are restaurants in the Renmin Square complex which has multiple hotels grouped together. Pleasant enclave.

不錯的飯店
飯店是具有歷史意義的建築，能與西安的城市氛圍相互融合。雖位在市中心，但與熱鬧大街又稍有間隔，鬧中取靜卻又不失便利性，到西安市內各熱門景點，打車大概都能在10分鐘內到達，如用步行也不超過三十分鐘。客房雖有點舊但維護算不錯，客房清潔也做的很好。前台、客房服務人員服務態度不錯，但大廳跟餐廳服務員的服務態度(訓練)，就顯得有參差不齊，可能這二部分的管理需再加強。總整的結果還是願意推薦本飯店，給想到西安旅遊的朋友！

All in all we had a nice time staying at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful although twice the directions we asked for led us to somewhere else than requested so maybe some was lost in translation. Room decor is a bit dated and worn but it was clean and gave an ambience of Classical Chinese design. Hotel is located in a gated community type structure with other brands of the hotel chain containing some nice restaurants and bars.

Check In had 5 persosn from which 2 didnt do anything, even with people in line. Elite Desk is for everyone, and not only Elite Accor Members. Requested for a taxi to take us to the train station at 1:30, the front desk person ordered it when he saw me, taxi arrived at 1:55. The location is very good, the hotel needs a make up. Their biggest issue is their personnel, they need an URGENT, training.
