« The hotel lobby was super tidy and clean, rooms are on above standard, another thing to mention is the special arrangement for my amendment of my journey, since because i have overbooked 1 night , the lady at the counter has sincerely arranged cancelation for the night and as well refunded to me. I felt she has carried an excellent of customer sevice and taking ownership to my trouble. A big thumbs up to her! »

« The hotel was really good and it's situated very close to the south gate scenic area transport station, so easy access to the mountain. The staff were amazing and friendly even though they couldn't speak English they're always willing to help and engage. One staff member was very accommodating and helped me on numerous occasions, her name being Elsa Zhang, she was very helpful and showed me around the place so I knew where to go. The rooms were also comfortable and nice to sleep in »
