"We felt so lucky to have discovered this cottage. It is perfectly located on the southeast part of the island, just 20 minutes by car from the airport. Nestled in lush vegetation, it is backed by mountains and offers a direct view of the ocean from the front. The garden is designed in perfect harmony with the surrounding forest in the background. The building itself is intelligently designed: it is elevated on a concrete base with a crawl space to prevent rising damp, and features a lovely terrace on two sides protected by an overhanging roof. The central kitchen makes cooking highly efficient, while the generous size of the main room creates a peaceful atmosphere. The all-wood interior and furniture evoke the cozy charm of a classic English cottage. This place is a dream on a paradise island, and the owners clearly take great care to preserve it."
