„This is a great place to stay if you are fishing Fork or Cedar Creek! Enough space to park a boat & I knew my boat would be safe here! Clean house and friendly host.“

„The neighbors were great. Really good location. Enjoyed our stay and return with a lot of fish. Quite and peaceful. Thanks for a great weekend get away. Highly recommended for those requesting a fresh, peaceful get away.“

„I did not receive any communication from host prior to arrival and had to use the ring camera to receive code to enter. host said they forgot to send email and did not receive while staying. no way to communicate with Host except thru Ring camera and they did not answer ring camera when we were leaving property so no way to let them know that we were checking out and leaving.property does NOT have Wi-Fi or was never told of password thru ring camera communication. Bad policy having to go ...

„The location is perfect. No traffic my 20 yr old rode her bike on the private street most of the day. Very peaceful, all amenities provided, deck was perfect for evening seat out to utilize the on property grills. I booked another weekend to enjoy fishing and relaxation alone. Thankx.“

„The house was perfect for our visit with our uncle who lives in this community! We had a plenty of room to come hang out after and was very convenient. We will definitely be back and rent again!!“

„We have stayed at many rentals, and this is the most welcoming and well-stocked house yet. There are so many special touches included by the hosts. The location is unbeatable for a downtown or Farmers Market stroll. Wonderful!“

„We loved our stay at the Ranch House! It was just what we needed while in the area for a wedding. The home is beautiful and spacious. We very much enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the country. Our boys enjoyed taking a walk down to the water, and they especially loved the snacks left out by the host! When we are looking for a weekend getaway to East Texas, we would happily stay at the Ranch House again!“
