Cocoonr is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Ydes, on the border between Corrèze and Puy-de-Dôme. It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. You’ll have the ground floor to yourselves, with a separate entrance. It comprises a lovely 37 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 37 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and a Miogot food processor...
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) measuring 8 x 4 m, open from 1 April to 30 September, fitted with a roller shutter
- A beautiful, private, unfenced garden of 1,000 m²

- A terrace by the pool, with furniture to enjoy sunny days (sun loungers, dining area)

The house is ideally situated in Ydes, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- 10 minutes from the Bort Dam reservoir (water sports, fishing)
- The Bort-les-Orgues green ski run in Mauriac, 500 metres from the property

- The village of Mauriac and its lake (20 minutes away)
- The village of Salers, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France (20 mins away)

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s garage and private car park (up to 4 vehicles). An electric vehicle charging point is available free of charge.

- Nearest railway station: Ydes, approximately 2 km away
- Nearest airport: Aurillac, approximately 50 km away

Other notes:
- The ground floor of the house is for your exclusive use; the first floor is not accessible
- The living area on the first floor faces away from the swimming pool.
- Bed linen and towels are included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay; only one pet (cat or dog) is permitted. Please specify this when booking
- Pets are not permitted in the swimming pool.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
- Children are the sole responsibility of a parent whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions
- An outdoor CCTV camera is in place and is directed solely towards the front door and the garage for security purposes; it does not film the terrace or the swimming pool and is deactivated during stays.
- The on-site manager may occasionally visit to carry out maintenance of the grounds and the swimming pool, at suitable times to ensure your peace and quiet and a pleasant environment during your stay. She is also available to provide you with the plancha, ironing board and iron, or any other additional services offered on site.
