„Great location great hotel“

„Very clean and new basement apartment with its own entrance. There are lots of amenities not commonly found in other rentals: personal hygiene, high quality soaps and haircare items. Location was good to walk to some local restaurants and bars. The owners live upstairs but give you plenty of privacy. It is in a nice and quiet area. No complaints, if a larger bed would fit that would be ideal but i understand space is limited. There was some pitter parter of small feet above at times but nothing ...

„Place is clean and centrally located. Easy walk to restaurants, shops etc.“

„The property is just as advertised and is a very nice place to stay. Very convenient to attractions and places to eat. Ample off street parking. Would definitely stay here again.“

„The apartment was exactly as pictured. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The location is exceptional! In the heart of everything, yet we did not find it loud. It was fun to watch the tugboats in and out shepherding huge boats through the harbor. The host was great communicating everything we needed to know and the parking spot was perfect. A lovely touch with snacks and toiletries available it you need them.“

„This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved ...

„A wonderful property in the heart of Olgonquit! Perfect place for a mother daughter weekend trip! Property is clean, well furnished, and in the best location. The hostess is super responsive--I had questions about parking that were answered immediately. Highly recommend!“

„Location is great! Right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. Fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Stairs to the bedrooms are a bit steep, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!“

„Had some issues at first but PortsCityStays were great to work with once we connected. Josh made sure our stay went well and went out of his way to make sure we had a great long weekend. The location is great and you can walk to some great bars and restaurants. Thanks to Josh, we will use PortCityStays again. Cheers!“

„We had a great time. Nicely done“

„Excellent location, lots of good restaurants—good news, bad news—if you want to go to bed early on a weekend it can be noisy due to proximity to bars and restaurants, but we did find some earplugs in the bedroom drawer. Darryl left great instructions and guides to the area. It was a little awkward for the upstairs couple to have to come back to the main level for the wash room, Parking near the unit on a Friday evening was a challenge. But the unit was nicely furnished with a well equipped ...

„Nice property for families. Loved the screened in porch. Because the rooms are close you can hear all the conversations. Great indoor pool.“

„Great spot, close to Wallis Sands State Beach. Ocean view visible from both sides of force porch area. Would stay again.“

„Great spot, very clean, had everything we needed and Family friendly.“

„Steep staircase to access third floor. Offscreen parking okay but a bit confusing in directions. If your requesting to not use the front door. Do not list the code. The place was clean.“

„This loft apartment was beautiful. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect being within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. We would definitely return to this apartment.“

„Charming clean property in outstanding location. Above fantastic shops in downtown Portsmouth! Eateries snd boutiques only a short walk away!“
