Oase in der Kleinstadt
Ein stilvoll renoviertes Haus inmitten einer Kleinstadt. Hinter der unscheinbaren Fassade verbirgt sich eine kleine Oase mit Pool und Jacuzzi. Besonders schön: Alle Zimmer gehen zum Innenhof, der immer ein schattiges Eck zu bieten hat. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, was aber bei dem Preisniveau auch erwartbar ist. Direkt am Haus zu parken ist schwierig - normal für Malta. Alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Essen fährt man 5 Minuten nach Marsaxlokk (sonst leckerer Fastfood vor Ort). Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war professionell und freundlich. Empfehlung!

Great place to be
We enjoyed our one week vacation in this house. The two sleepingrooms with separate bath rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equiped and the whole house very lovely decorated. Mary Rose picked us from the Airport what was really helpfull.

Wunderschöne, geplegte und individuelle lokale Ferienwohnung
Diese Unterkunft ist unglaublich schön, sehr gepflegt und mit so viel Liebe restauriert! Mary Ann hat uns persönlich uns sehr herzlich begrüsst und uns alles gezeigt! Auch hatte sie schon einiges eingekauft, sehr zuverkommend! Wir waren als Familie für 1 Woche dort bei bestem Wetter, haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und unser allabendliches Bad im Jacuzzi auf der Dachterasse mit Blick in den Sternenhimmel sehr genossen! Alles war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. WLAN funktionierte problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und dort eine tolle Urlaubswoche verbracht. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Freundlicherweise hatten Mary Ann und Adrian auch einen Transfer vom Flughafen organisiert, so dass wir schon ganz entspannt ankamen. Zejtun selbst hat nicht so viel zu bieten, aber man kann über Feldwege einen schönen Spaziergang nach Marsaxlokk unternehmen. Dort gibt es viele schöne Restaurants mit Blick auf einen schönen kleinen Fischerhafen mit bunten Booten und auch einen nicht zu überlaufenen Sandstrand. Sonntags ist dort ein großer Markt.

Fabulous House
An amazing property which you would have no idea of from the outside. Split level terrace, pool unfortunately in the shade at this time of year, but the hot tub and upper terrace enjoyed sun all day. Owner kindly met us at the airport, despite flight delay and delay with car hire, and the property is only 10-15 minutes from the airport. Very comfortable mattresses so a good nights sleep is ensured. Well equipped kitchen as we ate in most nights. Didn't use TV much but would recommend a Maltese Film, The Limestone Cowboy. Totally bonkers but based on a true story. Would recommend a car as everywhere on the island is easily reachable in 45 minutes, and there is plenty to explore. Thank you so much Mary Rose and Adrian for your hospitality.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Ta Rozamari nella prima settimana di Ottobre. La casa è davvero molto bella, pulitissima, silenziosa e si trova in una zona ideale per poter effettuare le escursioni. Di recente ristrutturazione è arredata con raffinatezza, eleganza e tanto amore. Meravigliosa la cucina super attrezzata, fantastica la piscina, ma la ciliegina sulla torta è il magnifico, grande idromassaggio che si trova sul terrazzo della casa, di cui abbiamo beneficiato ogni sera al rientro dalle escursioni, bevendo il nostro aperitivo. I proprietari Adria e Mary Rose sono degli eccellenti padroni di casa Persone davvero meravigliose sempre super gentili e disponibili in ogni occasione. In questo posto abbiamo lasciato un pezzetto del nostro cuore, sicuramente ritorneremo.

Peaceful & Private
This property was exactly as shown, private & situated in a peaceful area. We were welcomed personally by Mary Rose & Adrian who showed us the property & all its amenities. The accommodation was clean, spacious & private & had everything you would need for a relaxing break. Whilst parking is ad-hoc we never had a problem finding a spot on surrounding streets. Mary Rose & Adrian were always on hand & quick to respond to any communication. The location is ideal to explore the island & we personally enjoyed Valletta & Gozo. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property & hope to visit again in the future.

Lovely courtyard setting in the middle of the town
We very much enjoyed our 10 days here. It's a very well-equipped house in a beautiful courtyard setting. The owners were lovely and friendly and very responsive when we needed anything. The area was slightly more built-up than we thought it would be. Easy to get around and out for the day or evening and we didn't miss not hiring a car at all - it just wasn't necessary. In fact, we would have worried if we had hired a car because parking was tricky. We tried the buses but it was much easier/quicker to use "Bolt" taxis (highly recommend them). All in all, it was a lovely stay in a very well-thought out property.

Lovely Holiday Getaway
Property was excellent and very nicely presented. It was great to have a lovely pool and hot tub which were a must to cool down after days out in the hot sunshine. Would recommend getting a rental car to make the most of exploring and parking was fine once you got used to the best places around and about. Our hosts Mary Rose and Adrian were very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions/issues before and during our holiday. Would for sure recommend this property for your stay in Malta.... Fantastic stay!
The property was clean, as described and had everything that was required. The hosts were quick to sort any issues that we did have and helped us arrange airport transfers. The place itself is in a quiet village but does have a supermarket / bus access to more popular areas in Malta. If you're interested in sightseeing and exploring Malta, you may want to choose somewhere closer to Valletta. If you're interested in relaxing in the sun in a private villa, this place is perfect!

Great stay in zejtun
Ta Rosemary was the perfect place for visiting with our English friends, who we rarely get to see. It was fairly isolated. In the village of Zejtun, but had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great amenities, and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals, rather than eating out. The property easily fits 2 couples. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Valletta, this js a great place.

Une magnifique villa
Nous avons passé une semaine en Février dans cette jolie villa et avons pu profiter d un cadre calme, très joliment décoré, la maison est fonctionnelle et bien equipee, le jaccuzi est le petit plus qui fait vraiment plaisir. Les hotes Marie Rose et Adrien sont aux petits soins lors de l arrivée et on même eu le délicat geste de nous mettre quelques grignotages dans le frigo (nous sommes arrivés très tard). Nous avons pu découvrir l île entière en 7 jours et nous avons été très heureux de découvrir ces jolis paysages et les habitants très accueillants !

Maltese Holiday - Forget covid for a while....
Comfortable, clean with lovely pool and hot tub. Kitchen facilities excellent.Wi-fi and tv signal bit hit and miss but understandable with enclosed property, thick walls etc. Cosy bedrooms with full air con (vital when weather got really hot) A chance to get away, and chill in quiet surroundings and forget the world for a while....

Great host who cannot so enough for you. Lovely house, very clean.
The host of this house is fantastic & cannot do enough for you during your stay. Communication is top notch! We loved the look of the house but it is more modern/rugged & in an area of Malta with nothing much to do unless you drive for 20 minutes. You do have to get out as there is no view & it can feel quite enclosed. The problem with this is that parking is very limited & you usually end up a 5 minute walk from the house, which wasn’t ideal with babies, luggage & prams.

Dear Danielle Ta Rozamari is a house of character in a residential area of Zejtun which is accurately described both in photos and description. There are interesting places in the south like the fishing village of Marsaxlokk, St Thomas bay in Marsascala, both only 5 min drive away. The 3 cities about 10 min drive away. Unique Property
This property lived up to all expectations. It was immaculately presented and was exactly as shown in the photographs. There was everything you needed; plenty of towels, including those for the pool, loads of crockery and cutlery, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, a welcome pack in the fridge and toilet rolls for the whole stay. We were warmly welcomed by Mary Rose and Adrian and given a tour of the property with explanations for the appliances. The house is situated in a quiet residential area of Zejtun, with good bus links to Valletta and surrounding fishing villages, which have numerous good quality restaurants There are numerous small shops for groceries plus a very good Supermarket, all within walking distance. We hired a car, but with hindsight this was unnecessary due to the good public transport We could have even got a bus from the airport. We recommend this property to other holiday makers without reservation. What a unique, great place to spend your holiday!

Beautiful house, great out of the way location
A beautiful house, very well decorated and clean, lovely private terrace and pool which our kids loved. Based in the quiet fairly non-touristy town of Zejtun, bakery and supermarket within 5min walk down winding little streets full of character. A very peaceful and relaxed place to stay. 5 mins by car from the port of Marsaxlokk, about 20-30min to Valletta and Mdina (traffic dependent). Ideal location if you want to be a bit away from the crowds, but easy access to everything as Malta is tiny. Highly recommended for couples or young families

From the moment we booked the property until we checked out the communication with the owners was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble from arranging airport transfers to hiring a car for us, both of which went without a hitch. The villa itself is beautiful, really clean and really well equipped. There is a large supermarket within walking distance or a Lidl’s a short drive away. This was our first visit to Malta and what a beautiful island it is, with so much to see. I’d definitely recommend the villa.

The villa lived up to our high expectations and we had a great visit
We really enjoyed our visit to Ta Rozamari and Malta. The villa didn’t disappoint in real life and was lovely place to spend a week in the sun. Mary Rose and Adrian could not have been more helpful and welcoming and I was impressed how promptly they answered any questions we had before and during our visit. Zejtun is a real local town and not a tourist area which found interesting and relaxing and whilst there were not many immediately local restaurants it was only a short drive, bus or taxi to Marsaxlokk hourbour which has lots of great places to eat. Would definitely visit again.

This is a lovely villa. With solid limestone walls.
A really well built, cute, modernised villa with a walled courtyard and little pool. Helpful caring owners and good equipment make this the perfect vacation villa. 10 minutes to a fantastic fishing port and 20 minutes to Valletta. History is all nearby with Neolithic temples and Mdina close too We live this place.

Séjour magnifique dans une maison très agréable à vivre
La maison est au calme, située dans une petite rue de quartier. La cour intérieure est magnifique, la piscine est bienvenue compte tenu des fortes chaleurs, les 2 chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine est très bien aménagée. Le niveau supérieur de la cour est tout aussi agréable avec jacusi et transats. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux, prêts à nous rendre service dès notre arrivée à Malte. Nous les en remercions vivement avec beaucoup de sincérité.

Beautiful property very spacious and loved the village
Has a great time in the small village. Great new fresh deli with lovely bread 2 minutes walk from the Apartment. Bus stop just round the corner again only 2 minutes walk with regular air conditioned buses to venture all over the Island. 2 Euros per journey or round trip if completed within 2 hours. Very relaxing and the hosts were always available but nicely discrete.

Worth it!
As a family with a toddler and baby, this was a lovely home to stay in. Rooms are beautifully decorated and kitchen is well-equipped. Outside amenities were useful and the Jacuzzi was a nice alternative in the rainy Feb weather. Highly recommend.

Nice house in a quiet Zejtun neighborhood
This property provides a quiet and relaxing haven for Malta tourism. The pool and hot tub are great features for the warm Maltese climate. We bought the 7-day bus (coach) pass to travel around Malta. It worked very well for us as a major bus stop is just a couple of blocks from the property. The owners are friendly and very helpful to people who are new to Malta. There are supermarkets and take-out restaurants within easy walking distance. We would stay here again without hesitation.

A great home away from home in a quiet street but near to everything!
Man oh man, this house is awesome. It's located in a quiet street and private. Ta Rozamari was exactly as described. The house was nicely renovated, very clean, well maintained, comfortable and roomy for the three of us. Communication with the owners was excellent and Adrian and Mary Rose are super super helpful! Mary Rose even drove us to shop to the local supermarket and picked us up there after one hour when our rental car was coming a bit later on the first day. The driver which Mary Rose and Adrian recommended to pick us up from the airport (with our big suitcases, which did not fit in a small rental car) was really nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the fridge contained a nice welcome package. We were really thankful that there was air conditioning in the house: with a heat wave this made us able to get a good night's rest and even to still enjoy cooking even when the temperature outside was 37 degrees or more. We did not use the hot tub, because it was just too hot, but we used the pool a lot when we came back from our excursions to the different interesting sites in Malta. It was great to come home after a long day of sightseeing to a nice relaxing setting away from all of the crowds. We also did some BBQ on the roof terrace. We were always able to find a parking space within walking distance even if we came back late in the evening. Zejtun is about 20 minutes by car from Valetta, but we also enjoyed Mdina, swimming in St Peters Pool, visiting the isle of Gozo and the temples of Hagar Qin. Diving in Malta is also a must! We highly recommend this property and would love to come back again!

Amazing island. Beautiful home.
Really enjoyed our stay in Zejtun. It's a quiet village full of character. It was a good home base from which to explore the island. Good beaches, Mdina, Valleta and fishing villages all within a half hour drive...The house was brilliant. A gorgeous renovation of a historic building. An oasis to come back to after exploring. Mary Rose and Adrian couldn't have been more helpful.

Charming, well equipped, modernised home with a lot of character
We had a wonderful week here. The owners were very welcoming. They picked us up from the airport, the property was very clean, and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, and the fridge contained a nice welcome package. The living room was a bit small, but the very nice outside area with hot tub and terrace more than made up for this! Parking in the neighbourhood can sometimes be challenging, but we were always able to find a spot within walking distance. In short, we can definitely recommend this house.

Lovely house of character with modern interior decor.
The old style exterior is completed nicely by a slick and modern interior. The hosts were lovely. They made sure there was food and drink in the fridge when we arrived, kept the facilities clean and were very happy to give advice or assistance whenever we asked for it. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, especially after spending time on the various sunbeds and couches upstairs soaking up the sun. The location is about a 25-35 minute bus ride from valetta, and the bus stop is just round the corner which is convenient. The area itself is a beautiful old town with lovely old buildings. We would recommend this to anyone looking to get away from the noisy hotel stype holidays as it was extremely peaceful. It would also work well for anyone with kids and there are lots of kids games etc in the living room.
