Dear Wen Bin,Thank you for taking the time to rate your stay with us.Concerning your comment about toothbrushes, we don't have to offer any as we are a 3 star hotel and it is not at all our obligation to do so. We have a laundry service, like all the other hotels, and it's not free either.
