„Excellent hotel in prime location . The only downside, breakfast does not cater to Western taste.management tried their best. They also need to pay attention to the bakery section as the heat lamp dries out the pastry.“

„The front desk staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the gym and breakfast area falls short. Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the gym attendant repeatedly reminds guests not to take towels away, even when it’s necessary, for example, when stepping out briefly to the restroom while still sweating.“

„This is definitely the best hotel in town, rooms are big, modern and the bed very comfortable. Make sure you specify you would like a non-smoking room if this is your preference, as the hotel does not have a non-smoking policy “

„My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, situated right next to the train and long-distance bus stations. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I especially want to thank Ms. Liu Jina for her patience and assistance—she truly went above and beyond, making my stay great and memorable. Thank you very much!“

„My rooms was decent and staff are as helpful as they can be (little to no English. Colleagues staying there were not happy with their rooms - bad smells apparently.“

„I spent 2 nights here..One of the Reception staff (Tchai) does not speak english but very friendly. Most reception staff are young & use their personal phone messaging translator app to communicate english. Not a newly built hotel, room smaller than expected, but ok. Chinese Food restaurants are on many on the street, a mini-seat around park nearby. Nearest local subway station is Wenmiao station“

„The staff are so attentive. Clean, beautiful building. Not sure I’d want to stay anywhere else.“

„This is more of a business hotel, meaning they cater to mainly men on business. There are two hotels with the same name a few metres apart so I went to the wrong one initially. Room was clean but the mattress has seem better days. On a busy night market street so may be a bit loud. They offer luggage storage but it is not secure (bags left in main hotel lobby).“

„房间清洁不足 房间隔音比较差 早餐未到约定时间食物基本不会二次补充 员工服务勉强接受 地点距离地铁徒步需要十分钟比较远“
