One thing that was not totally clear to us until we got there is that all common areas, kitchen, dining, couches, are outdoors (as with most rentals in the area), only the bedrooms are "indoors" with AC. « This house and the property far exceeded expectations- which is a very rare occurence. We found this house to be nearly perfect in every way. Plenty of space for a big crew, loved the open floor plan and the ease of access to a nearly private beach.
