„Location super, (proprio fronte lago), personale molto gentile, ascensore da rifare o sostituire.

„Our room matched the photos and the hotel description. It was located on the ground floor, but unfortunately there were no security bars on the window. As the temperature was over 30°C on the day of our stay, we couldn't leave the window open while we were away from the room. In addition, the shower drain was clogged. However, the front desk manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He immediately offered us a different room at no extra charge. The new room was larger, in a much better ...

„Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.“

„It was OK and according to the price. Pluses: breakfasts, location close to the mountains, all clean. Minuses: too loud from the street, no AC, light directed to the window.“

„I had an amazing stay at Hotel de Len. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of at all times. The spa on the 6th floor was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere, the design, and the overall experience were exceptional and perfect for relaxing after hiking. Highly recommended.“

Posto auto assegnato davanti all’appartamento, wifi funzionante, posizione strategica circa 15 minuti ...

„Super Whirlwanne und Sauna! Etwas dunkle Wohnung, WiFi funktioniert gar nicht.“

„Ich bin sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Mein Zimmer 109 war sehr geräumig und sauber. Klimaanlage konnte selbst eingestellt werden“

„Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, tolle Poolanlage & wunderbares Frühstück mit viel (hochwertiger) Auswahl“
