„The hotel has excellent location,practically right on the beach and from other side it borders with the main road in Acapulco Costera.I stayed in single room(king size bed)and the room was very spacious and definitely lives up to my expectation.But the most I enjoyed both pools with amazing views on Acapulco. Also the whole hotel staff was very attentive,helpful and kind.So,the hotel is definitely an excellent place to spend your holiday and relax.“

„The air conditioning was a total wreck. Parts were missing, and water was dropping down onto the TV, the fridge and the floor. There was only a on off switch, but no way to set the temperature. There´s not atmosphere in this hotel. Good things are the pool and the direct beach access. The El Gaucho restaurant is excellent..“

„Die Situation in Acapulco war wenige Wochen nach dem gewaltigen Sturm, der Gebäude und Infrastruktur in Acapulco stark beschädigt hatte, immer noch sehr schwierig. Das Hotel versuchte zur Normalität zurückzukehren und den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist praktisch eingerichtet. “

„This was our first time in the Amares. The food was good, the service at the pool was bad, the service in the restaurant was very good, friendly and attentive. When its possible we will come back. A bad thing is that you can not go by elevator to the pool level where you can get your meals.“
