« My friend and I went on a beer, wine and distillery tasting tour from Texas Wine Tours where we were picked up & dropped off at the home in Harper which was only a 25 minute drive from Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the quietness and the Longhorn Cafe was within walking distance from the home. The home was really cozy, we enjoyed all the photos of the family's history and sitting out on the screened porch at night. I would go back because of it's proximity to Fredericksburg and it's not as busy. »

« What an amazing experience. Even though I planned this trip last minute, our hosts Zachary and Anna were so gracious to us and accommodated our needs with my 2&4 year old littles. The homemade breakfast in the morning was delightful and we felt so comfortable and at home on their beautiful grounds. We will definitely be going back for another stay soon! »

« Cute cabin overlooking the hill country! We stayed two nights and were very comfortable. The area is quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the shower works well but the owners will tell you that hot water is limited. We had enough time to shower but you don't want to linger. The incinerator toilet is interesting but works just fine. »
