The mornings were peaceful with daily deer and geese sightings and the nights were quiet with a gorgeous night sky full of stars. The showers were hot, there was a full kitchen (which saved us money eating out), and we really couldn’t have asked for a better layout for our small group. « Beautiful place to stay in a very convenient and gorgeous location. Close to good restaurants and gondola in the mountain village. It is a quiet neighborhood at night which is perfect for families. The cottage carried all items you can think of during your stay including items for young children. The curtains are dark enough for good sleep. It does not have an AC unit so in summers it could get very hot, there were enough portable fans to keep the place cool. Communication with the property...

« The house was in superb condition, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and well appointed. Would highly recommend to any family or group planning to ski Purgatory. Make sure you have a 4WD vehicle in winter, as the road to access the house can be snowy/icy. We did see three pickup trucks from Texas stuck in the ditch having slid off the side of the road. »
