« The house is in a great location with a great view of the small lake. There were a few glitches that our hosts quickly attended to fix. Can’t say enough about our hosts doing everything in their power to accommodate us. In spite of the “hiccups’ our stay was very pleasant. I would recommend staying there with any size family. Lots of beds and fun and entertainment options available. »

« Vacationed with our children and grandchildren at the Lazy River Ranch for a few days. What a wonderful spot, we rented Kayaks and tubes, and were able to enjoy the river right outside the back door. The highlight of our stay was when 3 large bucks made their way to the river one evening. Loved the layout of the house and the well stocked kitchen. »

« We had a great time at the property for our hospital retreat. Our staff was able to relax and have lots of different areas to hang/chill - hottubs, game room, lobby, back patio, etc. Everyone having separate rooms more like a hotel was also great! Would go back. »

« We had 7 adults stay for a little under a week in July. The location was great for us (closer to Silverton than Durango), and the cabin was outfitted with most everything you’d hope to have at a VRBO. We enjoyed the deck and hot tub, kitchen with plenty of seating, and hiking in the area. Highly recommend! »

« We took our 3 kids from 8-12 years old and it was the perfect place! Hosts were on top of getting any information to us that we may have needed. We had extra blankets, pillows, and towels. Never had a need for anything like that. Everything in room worked as it should. Would recommend to anyone! »
