„Property is old. The air conditioning unit right outside our bedroom was very loud. The kitchen was not well stocked. Our unit could hold 7 people but had a tiny keurig machine. They could not find us a coffee pot. The knives could not cut anything. The blinds in the bedroom were broken. The service at the pool was very slow. When we left our Uber was not allowed at the front door by the staff when there was no one around at 7:30 a.m. Not a good experience. Will not go back“

„Das ganze Restaurant-Konzept ist sehr unübersichtlich, mühsam und nicht kundenfreundlich. Man weiss nie, wer jetzt einem zum Tische führt, wo man zu bestellen hat, oder wer für was verantwortlich ist. Mir scheint die jungen Mädels wirken oft hilflos und überfordert. Beim Nachtessen wurden wir neben einer Gruppe jüngerer (VIP) Gäste platziert, welche sich laut, unangemessen und schon fast obszön verhielten. Leider konnte die nette und hilfsbereite (schon etwas ältere) Bedienung nichts ausrichten, ...
