The apartment is equipped with 5G WIFI, a smart TV, and a washing machine. For guests arriving early, we offer luggage storage in our basement for a small additional fee.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this apartment is located on the European 3rd Floor (3OG), which is three levels above the street/ground floor (typically considered the 4th floor by international/American standards). There is no elevator, so you will need to walk up the stairs.
Strictly No Smoking: Smoking is completely prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.

Situated in a prime, vibrant hotspot, you can expect a bit of lively city noise. If you are seeking a completely silent environment, this unit might not be the best fit—but if you want to be right where the action is, you will love it here!
Early Arrival Luggage Storage:
Arriving early? For your convenience, you can store your bags in our secure basement facility until 17:00 for CHF 25, allowing you to explore Zurich hands-free. Because we rent this extra space separately, we only charge guests who actually use it—keeping the base rental price lower for everyone else. Please contact us in advance to check availability!
