An outstanding stay! 🔝 From my first interaction with Diana at the front desk, whom I contacted before arrival to confirm a few details, all the way through check-out, everything was excellent. If you are looking for a pleasant stay, personalized attention, exceptional service, a convenient location, and a peaceful atmosphere, this is an excellent choice. A very special mention goes to Diana, our concierge, who was consistently attentive to every detail and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Proactive, diligent, respectful, helpful, and always wearing a smile. A true example of outstanding hospitality! We would also like to recognize Yuneiry, from the pool bar, for her kindness and friendly service. The hotel is relatively small but very functional. The rooms are incredibly spacious (we stayed in a Junior Suite), modern, well-equipped, and feature an exceptionally comfortable bed. The balcony also offered a lovely view. Overall, the property is beautiful and very well maintained. It features two swimming pools, several à la carte dinner restaurants (during our stay, only the Italian restaurant was open, and the food was very good), as well as transportation to Juanillo Beach. Its location at the Marina provides a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely return! We also had the opportunity to visit Time Out Wellness Spa (not included in the stay), where we enjoyed a hydrotherapy circuit. It was an incredibly relax
